Are your products plant-based?
Yes. All Humble Unbakery products are made using plant-based ingredients.

Do your products contain refined sugar?
No. We use natural ingredients such as dates and other minimally processed sweeteners instead of refined sugar.

Are your products gluten-free?
Yes. We do not handle gluten in our kitchen and our products are made without gluten-containing ingredients.

How should I store my products?
Store in the refrigerator and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

How long do your products last?
Shelf life varies by product. Storage guidance and best-before information are provided with every order.

Do your products contain allergens?
Most of our products contain nuts. Please refer to the Ingredients & Allergens page before ordering.

Where do you deliver?
We currently offer local delivery and collection. Delivery areas may vary.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared in small batches. Collection and delivery details will be confirmed after your order is placed.

Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection is available on selected days.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Selected products are available on a subscription basis for regular deliveries.

Can I return food products?
Due to the nature of perishable food products, returns are generally not accepted.
